Summer 2018

And just like that summer of 2018 has come and gone. I always feel like summer goes by way too fast.
It definitely passed with being my BEST SUMMER!
So many memories made this summer.          So many lessons learned.....

  You cant change the past, but you can let the past shape your future. Just in these last few years have I truly come to realize just how important FAMILY really is. My family means the world to me. It may not seem like it sometimes....but at the end of the day what matters the most??
 
  I've had enough experience to realize LIFE is EXACTLY what I make of it. And i know enough to make each day really count. Every day comes people or circumstances you need to deal with. And alot of times you might think "how am I going to get through this??" But it's only at the end, that you can turn around and see how those people and circumstances shaped you into the person you are.

But NEVER forget to stop and see the beauty in every situation. It's all around....there is ALWAYS something to be thankful for.

  These last few months have seriously been some of the best in my life. Having my (biological) brother back in my life again (after almost 10 years) has seriously meant so much to me. We didnt have the average childhood of growing gl together. And that's what made it all the more special. Besides my twin, hes the closest person in my life. If I could wrap up what this summer has taught me in 1 sentence...it would be this.

FAMILY IS EVERYTHING; CHERISH EVERY DAY❤

    This is a testimony that I will tell everyone in the world. i have been married for 4 years and on the fifth year of my marriage, another woman had a spell to take my lover away from me and my husband left me and the kids and we have suffered for 2 years until i meant a post where this man Zuma Zuk have helped someone and i decided to give him a try to help me bring my love Husband home and believe me i just send my picture to him and that of my husband and after 48 hours as he have told me after doing everything he asked me to do, i saw a car drove into the house and behold it was my husband and he have come to me and the kids and that is why i am happy to make everyone of you in similar case to meet with this man and have your marriage fixed His email: spiritualherbalisthealing@gmail.com whatsapp him on this +15068001647..... thank so much Zuma Zuk.

The Beauty of Life

It's hard to believe almost a whole year has flown by.....so here's an update on all that has happened since then. 2018:   SEPTEMBER.... 8th: Mom and I finished a GoRuck challenge in Manchester, NH. It was 7+ mile walk where we also carried 40lbs of weight in a backpack. Before we started the walk we had almost 2 hours of excercises and team building experiences. Including push-ups, running, doing the bear crawl, creating a stretcher out of 2x4's and carrying a team member in it for a distance. We also did this thing called the "Tunnel of Love" where we all lined up in a plank postition (on our hands and feet) and stayed there while one by one each person crawled through the makeshift tunnel with their backpacks on. After we finished all of that we moved on to the walking part....which honestly to me seemed easier.  Even though the walking part included rotating carrying 40lb, 60lb, and 100lb sandbags. 2017 At A Glance....

I have to say 2017 was a pretty awesome year on so many different levels....so many people and experiences....so I'm gonna take a couple of minutes to share all that has happened in this past year.                                     JAN.  January started off with a visit from our social worker who was apart of our adoption and all that went on....we hadn't seen her in a few years. It was so good to visit and catch up!!!      Then Brittany and Rosie both had birthdays. Other than that January was pretty slow..... FEB. MAR. APRIL. These 3 months were on the slower side. Which was good cause once summer came we were pretty busy. In February Marlie turned 6. In March Jon turned 14 and Jerry turned 13.....   April 2nd Mom took Edward and I to Mass to go to a concert. To see Danny Gokey, Casting Crowns, and Unspoken. My 3 favorite bands. We stayed the night in a hotel. And did a little bit of walking around the next day in the Yankee Candle shops. Hi! My name is Elisha Winslow. I'm 18 and live in a family of 13. I wanted to start a blog to give you all a glimpse into some of our daily activities and what life is like living in a big family.  First off I'll tell you about my family.... This is my Dad (Glenn) and my Mom (Mary). They have been married for 29 years.  Now I'll tell you about all of my siblings...  My Dad is a self employed carpenter.
